Tenants must be 62 years of age and have a total income of less than $35,000 per year. We are an independent living facility, so no assisted living type care is available. Residents must generally be able to care for themselves. Home care services are permitted and are frequently used by tenants. One building is specifically for seniors with mobility devices.
We pride ourselves on allowing tenants to live their senior years as they wish within a community of other seniors.

Rental rates are based on income and is recalculated on a yearly basis.

Simply fill out the necessary information and mail to our office. We keep applications on file until an applicant no longer desires to move to the Senior Village.
